Weight Tracking System Done

I spent a little time earlier setting up a Google documents spreadsheet that will be used to track my weight, body fat, bmi, calories eaten, and calories burned for every day. After I get some worthwhile results I’ll create a system for updating this site in real time with my weight loss progress. Hopefully this will make me feel even more accountable for losing the weight. It would be pretty sad to start a site about weight loss and wellness then quit my diet and weight loss halfway through. I will lose fat!

Welcome to XLWellness

Welcome to XLWellness. Today marks the launch of the site and the start of my first day losing weight. I had a pulmonary embolism (blood clots in lungs) a couple months ago and it was due to my obesity. So, I’m starting this site to be my journal as I lose weight and hopefully help or inspire others to do the same.
